# INVESTORS

### Who Backed Us — And On What Terms

We didn’t build this in isolation.

We deliberately chose investors who were willing to back the hard version of this story.

#### **2021**

We raised about $6M at roughly $75M FDV, in an equity + token structure. Framework Ventures (Lead), CoinFund, Dapper Labs, Bitscale Capital and respected angels from gaming and crypto.

Lockup periods are as follows: 12-month cliff + 24-month vesting after TGE.

#### **2023**

We raised about $8M at roughly $100M FDV, in an equity + token structure. Framework Ventures, IOSG, Avalanche, Blizzard Fund (Avalanche), W3 Ventures, CSI Global and more other existing backers doubling down.

Lockup periods same as before: 12-month cliff + 24-month vesting after TGE.

#### **2024**

In March 2024, as we laid the foundation for Providence’s progressive token model, we completed two private token rounds:

One at $75M FDV

One at $150M FDV

In total, we raised about $2.5M.

Lockup: 12-month cliff + 12-month vesting after TGE.

Key backers: CoinFund, Permanent Capital, Infinite Capital, Ready Player DAO and others.

These aren’t just investor names.

They’re people who chose a multi-year, high-conviction build instead of a quick narrative pump.
